Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based psychotherapy treatment for anxiety and depression.
CBT is offered in a group format for 12 sessions.
If you are a patient in CBT group, you can access the handouts for each session by going to the sub-page and entering the password that you have been provided. If you have to miss a session, you can still access the homework for next time.
